Simon and Alison are the driving force behind Acumen Business Partners. Our passion is to make a difference, share knowledge, achieve continual personal growth and spend quality time with family and friends. We met at a business networking event and quickly realised that we shared the same values and desire to support business owner/managers to be successful.

 

Years of experience in large corporate international organisations, public and the not for profit sector, have given us a breadth of knowledge and practical experience that we use everyday in our own business and our clients.

 

We know that there is a huge amount of information directed at small businesses and recognise that accessing and using the information at time of need is overwhelming when already running a business. Consequently we set out to help businesses owner/managers receive the business support and advice they need as and when they need it in a format that they can use and apply to achieve profitable growth.

 

We understand the challenges of driving turnover, controlling overheads, keeping accurate records, providing a professional service, meeting our commitments and balancing professional and personal priorities. We work with a number of associates from similar backgrounds who share our values and bring specific expertise to support our clients.
